4D WebMasters was established in 2006 by Dennis and Denise D’Arienzo - a father-daughter team. Dennis has over 30 years experience in IT, starting as a programmer for AT&T in 1979. Rising through the ranks of management, he had less and less opportunity to do technical work. Similarly, Denise has her degree in Marketing and worked in sales, marketing, content management and graphic design. 4D WebMasters was founded to give both an opportunity to do what they love: Software Development for Dennis and Graphic Design for Denise.

We focus on small businesses that need to establish a web presence in an affordable way aided by someone with the knowledge, experience and desire to guide them through the process in the fastest and easiest way possible. Have we succeeded? Check the testimonials on our portfolio pages.

4D WebMasters operates on a part-time basis. The majority of our work is done early in the morning, later in the evening and on weekends -- outside of our "real" jobs.

Dennis D’Arienzo - Managing Partner - Webmaster

Dennis has 30 years experience in the design and implementation of software systems. He is currently a Director – Database Administration and Web Implementation for a major telecommunications company. Previously he held the position of Director – Operational Support Systems at AT&T Labs. He holds a MS in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, a BS in Mathematics from Manhattan College, and was a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).

Denise D’Arienzo - Senior Partner - Graphic Designer

Denise is experienced in the creation, design and sales of print and web advertising having held account representative positions at several media firms and a children's hospital. She served as the Marketing Coordinator for a digital camera manufacturer and the content manager for an internet based travel site. She is currently the Web Marketing Manager at a major telecommunications company. Denise holds a MA in Business Communications (Advertising and Public Relations) from Ellis University, a BS in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from The College of New Jersey and is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA).
